In Elmarion: The Lost Temple, a group of adventurers is called by the king to find a special artifact in an ancient temple. But before entering there, you need to appease the king, who decided to block the entrance there. There are several NPCs with whom you can talk, both outside the sanctuary and inside it, although there is not much dialogue. In general, this seems more like an excuse to send the player into dungeons to fight monsters.Elmarion: The Lost Temple is an indie game, and it shows. The graphics are good. The creatures aren't perfectly detailed, and the textures can look a little rough up close, but it's not so bad that it's distracting. The art style is mostly consistent, and most of the creatures look like they belong in the same game, even if they have fairly varied designs, though some of the human characters stand out a little. The environments have typical fantasy themes of dungeons, shrines, and elemental themed areas. As for the soundtrack, it's nice background music. It's nothing spectacular, but it works well and doesn't distract from the action. Nothing sounds out of place here. This is a first-person RPG where you control a party as they move around the world in the form of a large blob. Individual characters are not visible, they simply exist in this amorphous mass of people who must be controlled. This was a pretty popular way to create party role-playing games from the 80s to the mid-90s. Everything happens in real time with free movement. Combat is the main way to interact with the world, and at its core it's a pretty simple matter.
