Everybody's Gone to the Rapture offers to plunge into an unforgettable adventure with a non-linear storyline, colorful and detailed open world and great soundtrack.
At first glance, the game world seems empty and boring. But a little time passes and you start to notice some details. Scattered children's toys, unharvested crops, dead birds, strange noise on TV screens and unusual voices on the radio. All of this is extremely unusual and frightening, but someone has to solve this riddle. Why not you?
To summarize, we can call the game a walking simulator with complete freedom of movement. The player seems to be reading a book, collecting the whole history of the surrounding world from small fragments.
Despite the desolation and seemingly stopped life, the world around us amazes with its beauty. The CryEngine engine draws beautiful landscapes and once again proves that it is not without reason that it is considered one of the most powerful engines of our time..
Professional voice acting perfectly complements the atmosphere of the game, but for a better understanding of what is happening, it is still better to turn on subtitles - meditative and calm gameplay can relax the player too much and he will simply get lost in the intricacies of the plot.
The gameplay is calm, unhurried. The game is, by and large, one huge backdrop for a great story. And it is not for nothing that it is considered one of the best in its genre..
Features of the game:
- A beautifully presented story that will hold the player in its arms until the very end and will not soon get out of my head.
- Great graphics due to the competent use of the legendary CryEngine.
- Excellent soundtrack.
