F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch is a beautiful platformer-metroidvania, the action of which takes place in the world of intelligent animals. According to the plot, it was attacked by a hostile Legion of Machines and all its inhabitants were captured or forced to go underground. The main character is an anthropomorphic rabbit Rayton, a former member of the resistance, forced to hide. He is going to penetrate the enemy's lair and free his friend. The player will have to explore a city called Torch. The levels can be very different from each other, but over time it becomes noticeable that these are just different areas of a huge metropolis. Despite the fact that the game is a side-view platformer, it uses high-quality and realistic 3D graphics. In the background, you can see detailed urban landscapes that organically combine dieselpunk and oriental style. During the exploration, you can find secret places and quick transitions. The combat in F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch is very dynamic. Rayton deals with enemies in close combat, using three types of melee weapons: a huge mechanical fist behind his back, a heavy drill and a whip. The fist is a universal type of weapon, it is used most often in the game. The drill deals a colossal amount of damage, but slows down movement. The whip has a high attack speed and is useful in situations where you need to act quickly. To successfully fight different types of enemies and bosses, you need to use all three types of weapons.
