War-weary Keldonia is on fire again in Fantasy General 2. New fantasy strategy warlords will once again test their wits and tactics in battle. Three hundred years have passed since the end of the first game. In the western part of the continent - in the mountains of Faricha, live different barbarian clans, feuding with each other. They steal everywhere, including on the borders of the Empire, which stretches over half of the continent.The player will take control of the son of the barbarian leader Falir - Falirson. With the onset of winter, the warriors make a living by robbing their neighbors, whose harvest is richer. Falirson also takes part in a similar raid, and then the guy will have to go through Keldonia, getting to know its inhabitants - some will become comrades, and others - opponents. The story Campaign is one - for the barbarians, and in multiplayer the imperial side is available, and there are also battles with bosses. Here is a full-fledged deep plot, which is not typical for the strategy genre. This includes a decision-making system that affects further passage. The plot has branching paths that are unlocked through dialogue.On the map, the gamer hires armies that he trains to fight enemies. There are red stripes above the units - these are wounds received in the process, which are treated by skipping a turn. The user uses gold and resources - mana, armor, weapons, and controls the limit of troops. Fighters are pumped up along the branches of the skill tree, and heroes are equivalent to a pair of units, which makes them much more powerful and stronger with greater pumping capabilities. Missions are diverse - to reach the desired point, to carry out defense, and there are more complex ones. Enemies and the user's army make alternate moves, attack opponents, capture specified points, where there are bonuses, for example, increasing character parameters, gold. The army also has morale indicators, where, with a strong enemy, soldiers are able to scatter to the sides. Warriors located on water hexes receive a penalty to defense, in forest ones - protection from enemy fire.
