In Will of Steel, the player takes part in the fight against terrorism. The old-school real-time strategy takes the user to the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. Here, there is no provision for building a base, there is no possibility of calling for reinforcements - the user can rely on his own strength, controlling each unit separately. In total, the military strategy provides 16 missions within 2 single Campaigns, operating in Afghanistan in 2001, and in Iraq in 2003, where the gamer will have to participate in armed clashes. The user will try on the role of the commander of the US Army, which operates around the world, destroying any manifestations of terrorism. The game map of America is realistic and detailed, and the mini-map is made in a retro style with a grid and fog of war, where at the start nothing is visible - the player opens his own path with the help of combat units. The user controls not a squad, but each individual unit, giving orders. The military strategy has voice control. Missions are not saved during execution, so you should act thoughtfully, quickly, and with minimal losses. Periodically, you will have to send a couple of soldiers to reconnoiter the territory to find the location of the enemy. Having found the base, it is important to remember all the available combat units of the enemy in order to effectively deal with each.
