FEIST – the main goal of this indie game is to protect yourself in a dangerous forest. The gamer plays as a furry dark creature, meeting many hostile creatures along the way. His story begins with a box trap he got into, but he still breaks out and follows a large animal in order to save his comrade. Brutal battles and murders, and in the background a dull soundtrack that adds a tense atmosphere to the gloomy forest landscape.The hero fights back with sticks and stones, dodges, and throws cones. Enemies can destroy each other if you plan everything correctly. The little lump has to go through a difficult path: jumping over sharp spikes, running through a collapsing cave with enemies and the like. Caution is required in any case: it is not only the game character who throws boulders. Feist's heroes are somewhat reminiscent of ordinary animals and insects: moles, caterpillars, spiders or bees.The game character's opponents are unpredictable and smart, they can set traps, or they can grab a furry lump by the leg and hit it on the ground until the hero dies. Death comes unexpectedly - the gameplay does not include health bars, but collecting flies can improve health. The game character can even defend himself with the help of creatures resembling a wasp, shooting at others with its sting.
