Fleeting Ages is a game about survival in an open world. The title differs from other projects by the presence of 7 eras. The user, observing what is happening from the first person, will go from the stone to the industrial period. The user controls a mysterious wanderer. This person can die from severe damage or hunger, but is not able to age. He will have to survive in an open world. A large island is available for exploration. Outside it, you can float on a raft. Gameplay is traditional for products of this genre. There is crafting of weapons and equipment, resource extraction, farming, hunting, fishing, construction. As the eras change, the gamer evolves, and the buildings change their appearance. At first, the player fights aggressive fauna with homemade clubs and bows. Later, he uses spears and swords instead, gradually reaching pistols and rifles. In Fleeting Ages, there is wear and tear of weapons. Boars, bears, wolves and other wild animals are capable of attacking in groups. The survivability of enemies forces them to kite. The project is raw. The process of constructing buildings is not very convenient. Hitboxes do not always work correctly for opponents. There may also be problems with optimization. Problems with balance and bugs remained even after the game was released from early access to a full release. For example, the desired object may not appear on the map, and an important item, like a bag, can suddenly disappear here.
