Gears Of War 2 continues the story of the previous part. It all starts 6 months after the Light Offensive. This operation is called Storm in the Hole.The task of the protagonist and his squad is to be the first to attack the lairs of the opponents, located in the dungeons of Sera. The team gets to the cemetery, meeting an allied resistance group and Dizzy Wallin along the way. Delta descends into the underground tunnels, but despite further failures, they continue to carry out the plan. While exploring the surrounding area, they learn that the Locust used a giant Giftworm to collapse human settlements underground. The squad realizes that the enemies are starting to collapse rock under the cities to destroy them. The next target of the enemies is Jacinto. In the gameplay, the user uses futuristic weapons and moves with partners, fighting numerous monsters and bosses.
