There is no plot in Gun Metal, only a short mention in the description that the action takes place on the fictional planet Helios in the distant future. On its surface live the descendants of the colonists who once flew here from Earth. Many thousands of years before this, mankind mastered the construction and use of hyperspace gates. With their help, it became possible to discover a planet similar to Earth in distant space. That is where the expedition was sent. The resettlement was difficult, since a world war was going on on the home planet at that time. A certain number of earthlings arrived here, after which the spatial gates slammed shut. Humanity quickly adapted to the new conditions and began to prosper. The game belongs to the adventure genre. The problems began when the portal reopened, and Helios was attacked. The plot of Gun Metal does not reveal the race of the attackers. At first, the population bravely accepted one battle after another. But over time, resources and money ran out, which is why it was decided to create a combat robot named Havos. It was 10 meters high and could transform into an airplane. The user is invited to sit at the helm of a machine and repel the attack of unknown creatures. The game is played from a third person. The robot has the ability to freely move to any point on the map. A wide arsenal of weapons is used to destroy enemies. The space is teeming with military equipment. Combat aircraft are constantly flying in the air, and armored personnel carriers, guns, turrets, and robots are driving on the surface. All of them are firing heavily at the protagonist. To reach the final, you need to overcome this invasion.
