Gutwhale teaches you how to properly manage your ammo, placing spent rounds close to your character. A pixel roguelike with random level generation sends the gamer into the digestive system, where you need to move through rooms surrounded by intestines. In total, the game features 3 different zones, where you will have to fight different types of enemies.The levels are single-screen, presented in the form of separate rooms, in each of which the character is met by opponents, for example, whales and pink jellyfish. Here the hero shoots enemies with a gun. Only one bullet is given for each level. You need to aim so that after killing an enemy you can pick up the ammunition before it touches the floor. In the process, the protagonist unlocks different hats that fall from above or are placed on separate levels, for example, Cool, Ugly, Frog. These hats give different bonuses, for example, a more powerful attack, extra lives or points. Before each level, the hero gets 3 lives. One collision with an enemy or damage from his attack brings instant death to the protagonist. Periodically, a bus falls from above, crushing all the characters and destroying objects in the environment. Having received the required number of points, including for using combos, the floor in the room collapses, and the protagonist falls into the next. Gradually, the number of bullets increases to 4, and you need to have time to collect everything in order to successfully pass further.
