Hard West is a bloody adventure that mixes the mystical atmosphere and culture of the Wild West. The story consists of eight interconnected parts, the outcome of which is influenced by the decisions made by the player. The character, in desperation, turned to dark forces, rises from the dead to deal with the murderers who did not spare his family. At first, the plot clearly highlights the protagonist, contrasting him with obvious scoundrels, but the further the story goes, the more interesting the situation becomes and soon the player finds himself before a moral choice. The whole point is that in a world where a dead person is capable of harming his offenders, everything is cursed, including the deceased himself.The player will have to understand the twists and turns of the plot and restore order to the cruel West, engulfed in demonic chaos. Completing main and side quests is rewarded with special bonus cards that make the turn-based strategy even more intriguing and dynamic. Card boosters enhance the passive effect of weapons, and shooting from cover reduces damage. In the only available single-player mode, you can assemble a combat squad of up to four characters and go through a campaign of forty missions, mastering cool shooting skills and applying various tactics to nimble enemies. The finale is multi-variant: the ending depends on the actions of the heroes, and the narrative is delivered through a voiceover, which is spoken by Death herself.
