KKnD2: Krossfire is a continuation of the dynamic real-time strategy, the action of which takes place in a post-apocalyptic world destroyed by a nuclear war. As in the first part, the player controls the Survivors - people who survived the nuclear winter and developed military technologies, as well as Mutants, who evolved as a result of exposure to radiation on the surface. They were also joined by a new faction called Series 9, which is a group of machines led by artificial intelligence that has gained self-awareness.The main resource in Krush, Kill n Destroy 2, for which the opposing sides fight, is oil. To extract it, the player will have to build special pumping units at the fields. For the received resource, you can build new bases and improve old ones, gaining access to more powerful units. Combat units are divided into 3 types: ground, air and waterfowl. The player commands infantry, including mechanics, riflemen, flamethrowers, grenade launchers, as well as equipment, trucks, tanks, aircraft, and so on.The appearance of buildings and units is unique for each faction. People use more familiar squads of soldiers, wheeled transport, copters. The machine race creates robots and walkers. Mutants grow combat scorpions, use giant beetles to transport oil, and so on. The story campaign has 51 missions, and there is also a task editor.
