The main thing in Luckslinger is to catch luck - a collectible that is collected during the battle. The old-school platformer is made in a Western setting, where the protagonist, relying on his luck, can get both advantages and suddenly find himself in a difficult situation. In the indie game, luck can not only be measured, but also collected, and used for your own purposes. Action, black humor, and classic characters of spaghetti westerns are the main features of the game.Events unfold in the town of Clovercreek, which is one day brazenly robbed by reckless criminals. Six famous robbers steal lucky amulets from the city, and the protagonist is given the task of catching them, for which he will receive a reward. During the process, the bounty hunter is accompanied by his faithful comrade Duckbridge, who brings back a throwing knife, performs distracting maneuvers, and can store additional health. The levels here have a diverse setting, individual elements and mechanics that contribute to dynamic gameplay. The hero kills different types of bandits, stealing their luck, which can be used for your own benefit. Luck increases the chances that enemy bullets will be able to bypass the character, a jump will not cause much damage, and the loot found will be better. It happens that luck can bring an unexpected result, for example, enemies will be able to find the hero faster, bridges will collapse right in front of your nose, and stones will fall on your head.
