Maiden Cops is an arcade beat-em-up with old-school gameplay. Its two-dimensional pixel graphics are stylized like anime. The story tells the everyday life of policewomen from a private security corporation. They're up against a criminal organization "Liberators" Maiden City. These bandits wreak violence and chaos around them, wanting to deprive residents of their freedoms. The story campaign can be completed not only alone, but in pairs. Multiplayer here is only local. There is a choice of difficulty. As you progress, new character skins are unlocked. You can also unlock items, art, and music. The gameplay looks like this. Female cops roam the streets and buildings, battling superior enemy forces. Usually they are locked on the screen with enemies. After defeating your enemies, you can move on. It is possible to break some objects. Health is replenished with food (each protagonist has a different preference). Hand-to-hand combat levels are interspersed with racing stages where you get to ride motorcycles and cars.

There are 3 heroines to choose from in MC with Indiividual fighting styles and unique abilities:

• Nina Usagi is the lazy yet most experienced girl on the team with bunny ears;
• Priscila Salamander is a smiling and pony-tailed graduate of the military academy who has dreamed of becoming a cop since childhood;
• Meiga Holstaur is a sweet woman with a rough temper and horns who grew up in a family of glorified warriors.
