MDK2 - the game is a direct sequel to the 1997 MDK. The game, like its predecessor, is developed in the form of a third-person shooter. At each of the levels, the player will have to control one of the three characters in the original game. Dr. Fluke Hawkins is a mad scientist and also the commander of this entire mad group. It was the doctor who created the ship "Jim Dandy", on which the characters travel.

Six-legged dog Max - it was invented by our mad scientist. Max loves two things: powerful cannons, which are always with him and Cuban cigars. And finally, Kurt Hecktic is the main playable character of the first part. Kurt works as a janitor on a ship for the doctor, but when he needs to complete a dangerous mission, he puts on a combat suit and is armed with a machine gun with an optical sight.

The plot of the game begins immediately after the first part. Celebrating victory, the characters feast on the ship, but Earth is suddenly attacked by aliens and Kurt has to go on a mission. After Kurt is captured, Dr. Hawkins sends Max to save him, but the dog is captured, and in the meantime, aliens attack the base and the doctor has to fight them off himself. Subsequently, the doctor will have to save his friends and together they must save the world.

Gameplay, all three characters are very different from each other. Kurt, for example, almost always uses his machine gun with a sniper scope and smashes enemies. But Max can use four types of weapons at once. The most unusual gameplay for the doctor. Making his way through the levels, the player will have to collect various materials and create different devices from them that will help in the fight against enemies.
