Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake - an interactive first-person quest that tells the story of a young detective Nancy Drew. This is the seventh game in a line of eponymous point-n-click adventures. The game takes place in Pennsylvania. The story is inspired by the novel The Hound of the Baskervilles. The gameplay of Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Lunar Lake is based on the standard mechanics of finding objects, solving puzzles and communicating with different characters.
The screen consists of three elements: the main part, which is reserved for the location and characters, the screen of descriptions and dialogues, and also a part for objects. Hover the cursor in the shape of a magnifying glass. In case you stumble upon an interesting object, the magnifying glass will turn red. The clock has been removed. You can now manually switch between day and night by performing a specific action.
The heroine is contacted by her friends: Bess, Jess and the Hardy brothers, who give hints. There are two difficulty levels and a Second Chance mechanic that allows you to restart the game after a fatal error. The minor characters are Red Knott, Jeff Akers, Emily Griffin, Sally MacDonald and Mickey Malone. Each of them keeps its own secrets and you need to unravel them..
The plot begins with Nancy's friend Sally asks the heroine to help her with a mysterious case involving ghost dogs. Her house is located on the shore of the lake and strange things are constantly happening here. Dogs run around the area, whose eyes are constantly shining. Drew manages to find out that in the 20th century, a famous mafioso lived in the house, who was hiding here during the Prohibition period. Legend has it that he had four Rottweilers and that their ghosts are terrorizing the area
