Oddworld: Abes Exoddus is a surreal 2D platformer, which takes place in the fictional Oddworld universe. This is a puzzle-solving game. The focus is on a weak character in a dark and hostile world, who must rely on his cunning to outwit enemies and overcome dangers.The story takes place in the SoulStorm Brewery, where evil Glukkons use Mudokon bones as the main ingredient for their best-selling drink. The protagonist, Abe, goes to the brewery to stop the villains and save the Mudokons. After freeing the Mudokon spirits trapped in the vaults, the hero gains frightening abilities: healing his friends and becoming invisible. In a world where devilish danger reigns, the protagonist is a skinny guy with no weapons. Most of the game involves careful exploration of the area, synchronized movement, sneaking and tricking opponents through various means: throwing stones or luring them into traps. You can jump, hide, climb and talk to ugly predatory crustaceans. To save his race, you need to unlock Abe's special skills.Abe's only special power is singing, which he can use to temporarily stun certain enemies or possess them.
