The events of Panzer Corps transfer the user to the battlefields unfolding in the era of World War II. There are several modes, among which there is a campaign, presented by successive operations. There, the player will have to take control of German soldiers, with whose help to participate both in real battles and fictional ones. For example, it will be possible to use the German army to fight against the United States, but not in Europe, but on the American coast. In order to increase the number of troops, as well as to replenish losses in detachments, it will be possible to spend the only in-game resource - prestige. You can earn it if you take away from the enemy and maintain control over key points.Panzer Corps has different types of units, each with strengths and weaknesses. The battlefield is presented as a section divided into hexagons - each of these will contain a separate squad. Most of the fighters are capable of attacking an opponent located on a bordering cell. However, artillery and air defense are capable of hitting distant targets, being at a greater distance. Thus, for example, it will be possible to create several lines of soldiers, protecting vulnerable long-range units with the help of infantry and tank formations. In addition to the campaign, scenarios are available, during the passage of which it is allowed to choose not only Germany, but also other parties to the conflict. In the lower right corner there is a mini-map, allowing you to quickly move the camera to the desired point on the battlefield, as well as have an idea of where the allied forces are located.
