Paper Dolls: Original is an indie horror with elaborate graphics that will cope with conveying the primordial horror. Dark locations are made in an oriental style. The plot part is aimed at empathizing with a father whose daughter was kidnapped by evil forces due to his carelessness and the influence of an ill-fated place. Having got into an accident, the negligent father finds himself on the territory of a cursed estate. Guiding the main character through the corridors, where the line with the otherworldly is shaky and unstable, aggressive ghosts will hunt for his soul. The first-person view reveals a set of animations during interaction with objects and constant encounters with dead souls. Opening door after door, new trials will accumulate, and the reason for the disappearance of his daughter and her rescue will become the only thing the main character wants. The denouement is hidden at the clock of gameplay, puzzles, Asian setting.It is noteworthy that in Paper Dolls enemies attack in different ways: some ghosts prefer to pursue a protagonist for a long time, while their other species rapidly reduces the distance with the aim of stealing vital energy immediately, appearing in unexpected places. Both the main character and pursuing his fascination with hell has its unique voice acting. The soundtrack is understandable and sits in places, forcing to penetrate the unconditionally gloomy atmosphere.
