Primal Light is the adventures of a creature named Krog in the mysterious lands of a two-dimensional pixel fantasy world with a detailed rendering of the background environment, which is a treat for the eyes. In the dungeons where the main character hangs out, every pebble, every tongue of fire or scale on the immense face of the next level boss is depicted with the greatest precision. In terms of stylization, the project is impeccable. The combat is hardcore and complex, and the path of the blue-skinned brute in a red loincloth lies through the chasms and mechanical traps that most caves are equipped with. Primal Light is a marathon of challenges for agility, speed and dodge, hacking with bosses and searching for artifacts that enhance the character's physical abilities. The author's design, game mechanics and development of platforming tasks compensate for the lack of a plot, dialogues and screensavers. The protagonist's goal is to take revenge on the underground deities for the burned village. At the start of the game there is a short introduction, after which the player runs non-stop through all ten locations, sometimes jumping, sometimes cutting off the path, and sometimes falling into the abyss due to incorrect timing. The local inhabitants are damn nimble, and the formidable monsters are a pure work of art. In addition to the delicious visuals, you will also be pleased with the musical and sound accompaniment, guaranteeing complete immersion in the atmosphere.
