His consciousness is forever clouded due to the terrible events that happened to his girlfriend when she was a participant in traffic. The protagonist's beloved died almost instantly due to injuries sustained in a car collision. After this, the hero finds himself in a strange world that does not seem real due to the presence of otherworldly forces in it. The gamer will have to find a way to deal with the monsters imprisoned in the chambers of John's mind and give him freedom from remorse about the tragic death of his beloved girl. Most of the gameplay uses stealth mechanics, because the hero is helpless and cannot resist the superior forces of the enemy.
