Quest for Glory 1-5 is a collection of parts of the series that was released from 1989 to 1998. The game hides an adventure plot filled with humor, twists, intrigues and, of course, heroism. The player will visit five different areas of the vast world of Glorian. Each episode unfolds in locations inspired by the culture and myths of different peoples. So along the way, there are scenery from Germanic, Slavic, Arabic and ancient Greek legends.When creating a character, the gamer has a choice of three basic classes: warrior, thief and magician. Specialization affects both the gameplay and the course of the narrative. On their way, the main character will improve, gain new skills and acquire equipment. Now you can transfer your avatar between episodes, while maintaining the abilities, some magical artifacts and other special items that you have managed to accumulate.The first part of Quest for Glory is presented both in the original version and in the adapted VGA. Gameplay, consisting of battles and a huge number of both small and important decisions, allows the player to write his own story. The transfer of achievements and the hero creates a sense of a seamless and large-scale story adventure.
