Resident Evil: Classic REbirth - The first installment of the cult zombie franchise that started the genre of hardcore horror. The events of Biohazard take place at the Spencer Mansion in 1998. Bravo's Special Forces team arrives to find Alpha fighters. The connection to the latter was abruptly severed some time ago. However, the heroes find themselves in the real abode of evil. There are living dead roaming everywhere, hungry for a taste of human flesh.
Resident Evil: Director's Cut playable characters are STARS unit operatives Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield. The walkthrough for each hero differs in many ways. Each of the heroes have their own starter items in their inventory. Depending on the character chosen, the protagonists will be assisted by Barry Burton or Rebecca Chambers. Also in the mansion with Jill and Chris was the captain of their squad - Albert Wesker.
The site consists of a huge number of rooms and several floors. Not all rooms are initially available. Some of them are opened with special keys. To get the right keys, you must solve puzzles of varying degrees of difficulty. Inventory is not endless. Valentine has 2 more slots than Redfield. Unnecessary things can be put into chests. Fight zombies and other evil spirits. Enemies are quite tenacious, and ammo tends to run out quickly.
Treatment comes through sprays and special herbs. A total of 3 types of medicinal herbs are available: green, red, and blue. They can be combined to get different healing properties. If you complete the campaign without using the first aid kits, players are rewarded with bonus weapons. Saving takes place in special safe rooms. This requires finding a typewriter ribbon. A wide arsenal of weapons is represented: knife, pistol, shotgun, rocket launcher, etc.
