RETOOLED - high-octane gameplay in which you will have to demonstrate your skills in a fast and dynamic shooter. Taking on the role of a rebellious protagonist fighting against a forsaken AI and entire swarms of robot opponents, the plot of the single-player game unfolds in complex arenas that require comprehensive use of weapons and special abilities. Drawing inspiration from such iconic FPS as Doom and Quake, this project is made in retro aesthetics. Players have a whole repertoire of maneuvers available: jumping, dashing, sliding and running along walls, allowing you to deftly move around the arena and dodge enemy attacks. A variety of weapons and specialized abilities further enhance combat effectiveness. From a universal hook for pulling an enemy to yourself to a protective shield for reflecting volleys - the tactical possibilities of the game are very wide.RETOOLED features an adaptable set of enemies that react to the player's actions and present varying difficulties. Drones, turrets, snipers, tanks and other mechanized enemies have unique behaviors and capabilities that require strategic understanding and effective countermeasures. Each enemy type - from aerial aggressors, to stealthy scouts, to those who can heal their own wounds - requires an individual approach.
