The story and gameplay are exciting and atmospheric. The gamer will have to choose one of the cultures of the ancient world and lead his country to leadership on the map. And the choices here consist of: Greece, Persia, Vikings, Normans, Mayans, China and Japan. This mix of civilizations from different periods and geographical locations allows you to immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of this old-school strategy game.During the gameplay the gamer will have to conduct trade, wars, diplomacy and espionage. So strategic thinking, cunning and accuracy will help. The distinctive aspects are that each of the cultures has its own characteristics. These are unit gods, different abilites in the art of war and the specific disadvantages and advantages of these countries in general. The graphics are pixelated, pleasing and nostalgic (even for those younger than the game itself). And the unit models in the menus here are 3dish and look especially old-school. The interface is simple and easy to adapt to.
