The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom is a well-developed platformer with elements of solving puzzles and riddles. The action unfolds around an experienced criminal who lives off constant robberies. More than anything else in the world, he loved warm and hot pies, so he often stole them from the establishments he encountered. One incident led to the protagonist getting into a space-time loop, traveling in the past and even the future. The story is presented with the help of colorful cutscenes between episodes and explains many confusing moments. The single-player campaign of The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom consists of 5 full levels, divided into separate parts. The protagonist moves around the area by running and jumping over obstacles. In some situations, an umbrella will come in handy, neutralizing the enemy. A unique ability allows you to create identical clones of yourself, distracting the attention of aggressive bots. Their behavior is similar to the actions of the controlled character. The main task of the generated doubles is to use the replicants to the maximum to achieve fragrant pies. The difficulty increases as you move forward. If at the beginning there are no restrictions, then in subsequent runs the time frames lead astray, and the newly introduced mechanics only complicate life.
