The Sword of Etheria

The Sword of Etheria takes place in an alternate world inhabited by people, gods and Catenas, spiritual beings enclosed in powerful armor called Lexes. These Catenas, known collectively as Oz, act as divine messengers in a world where divine beings have enormous power, absorbing light, plunging parts of the world into prolonged darkness. Etheria, the source of the planet's energy, becomes the center of attention as the gods seek to destroy humanity and drain this life essence.In this narrative, three Catenas - Cain, Leon, and Almira - are sent on an important mission to investigate the manifestation of Etheria. But as the mission reaches its climax, Almira and Leon lose control of their armor, leaving Cain to forge ahead alone and eventually disappearing without a trace. The story is set in a setting where humans and Catenas coexist under divine supervision. The gods, reminiscent of Greek mythology, display traits of omnipotence, ambition, self-interest, and an insatiable thirst for power, resulting from the absorption of light and the perpetuation of darkness across the world. The stage is set for an epic journey filled with challenges, mysteries, and a fight for survival, as Cain's disappearance catalyzes a mysterious turn of events. As the story progresses, unique knowledge is revealed about the Catenas, spiritual warriors in protective armor who travel the world under divine rule.
