Theater of War 3: Korea is a military strategy simulator, the events of which cover the real Korean War. The user is allowed to enter into confrontations for both sides of the conflict, the United States and Korea, going through two corresponding campaigns. In addition, a scenario editor is also provided, including Soviet troops. With its help, you can work out your own confrontation, using additional fighters and inventing new reasons for military action. There are a large number of units - tanks, artillery and aircraft, infantry and armored vehicles. Each of them is personally effective against some, and weak against other opponents. The goal is to select the most effective composition of the army, providing cover for each participant.Theater of War 3: Korea has a feature related to the terrain conditions on the battlefield. The user is invited to take advantage of the folds of the terrain and position the fighters in such a way as to reduce the damage received. If the tank is hidden in a ravine, it will still be able to fire. However, it will be more difficult for opponents to hit him, due to which his protection will increase. Using such tactics, the player will be able to destroy superior enemy forces with a smaller army. Most of the gameplay is based on tactics and well-thought-out movement of soldiers. In missions, you will have to complete assigned tasks related to the defense or capture of key points, the destruction of all enemies, and so on.
