Thief - the fourth part of the first-person stealth action game. This project became a restart of the entire universe, which means a new beginning, using the old lore, for example, the use of the pagan god Trickster (Tempter) in the plot, the presence of cathedrals and churches as art monuments in memory of the factions shown in the previous parts of the series, and your power in a new game due to the transfer of the time frame a couple of centuries ahead.

The protagonist is again Garrett - masterfully possessing the art of theft. He has a student assistant, Erin, who participates in the twists and turns of the plot. Events take place in a fictional city, stylistically reminiscent of a mixture of steampunk and the Victorian era. The head of this settlement is Baron Northcrest, who only wants to create a real revolution in technological terms within his territories.

The main antagonist was the leader of one of the two factions into which the society is divided, or rather the "Lightforged" - Orion. The second group is called the "Sentinels". Their confrontation and Garrett's participation in them will be at the center of the plot throughout the prologue and 8 chapters of "The Thief".

The gameplay is as diverse as possible thanks to advanced artificial intelligence that knows the area well and easily changes the usual route to catch the main character. The levels are non-linear, the gamer needs to choose the path to follow to the goal on the map. The energy of Primal will also play an important role in the gameplay, endowing people with supernormal abilities, at the cost of which becomes the loss of the human species and mental clouding.
