Tom Clancys EndWar is a story-driven campaign set in a military apocalypse, telling the story of the tense relations between the three economically dominant powers of the world on the eve of a nuclear war, where the Russian Federation occupies the strongest position. The single-player game consists of nine missions, seven of which are linked by a linear scenario, and the last two are determined by the choice of faction and affect the ending. The multiplayer mode assumes the simultaneous participation of two to four players with a limited number of squads. The game, based on the Tom Clancy media franchise, takes place in 2015. The review is made from a third-person perspective with an operational-tactical map window in the upper right corner of the screen. Most models of aircraft and armored vehicles have real-life analogues. The gameplay is based on tactical battles in real time. The three playable sides of the conflict have seven classes of units and many improvements for each type of troops. Pumping is done in the barracks: a command vehicle, for example, can be reinforced with several infantry squads or combat robots, as well as armored cars and tanks; other types of troops receive special abilities and a bonus to attack, defense, and speed. In addition to the main mechanics, the player can call for reinforcements from the regular army and use electromagnetic pulses that disable enemy communication nodes.
