VectorMan takes users to the distant future, namely, in 2049. By this time, the Earth has turned into an abandoned toxic dump. Humanity decided to move into space, leaving behind a whole squad of robots called Orbots. They must cleanse the planet and allow people to live in suitable conditions again. But when the leader of the Orbots fails, a mass riot begins, and the machines refuse to perform the task. Now everything falls on the shoulders of the only Orbot, who must single-handedly deal with the consequences of this local chaos.VectorMan is essentially a classic platformer. The character needs to get from the starting location to the final one. This will not be so easy, because rebellious machines regularly appear on the way, considering him a traitor. Like them, he is armed with a blaster and is able to repel advancing enemies. Moreover, it is not at all necessary to engage in battle head-on. You can use the terrain features and objects located on the map to dodge flying projectiles or take a more advantageous position for firing. But do not play too much, because each level has a time limit. It can be monitored thanks to the timer at the bottom of the screen, where the countdown is conducted. But once you get used to the general dynamics of movement and how skirmishes play out, this will not be a big problem, and after completing each segment there will even be a few dozen seconds left in reserve.
