It has different locations, each of which is strikingly different from the previous one. You will have to wander everywhere: from residential buildings, old English bars, parks, shops and buildings of city importance to the infamous NSRR center. Each place will tell its own backstory. Be resourceful and resilient, rely only on yourself, fight monsters with weapons and equipment or run. Your main goal is to survive in this vile, evil-infested world.
