Wings of Vi shows what a truly difficult platformer can be. Here you will have to pay enough attention to timings, calculate the jump distance and other little things on which the success of the passage depends. The main character is the angel Vi, who is entrusted with an important task to destroy the demon Lord Jehul. After many years of imprisonment, he was finally released from prison, and now wreaks havoc on the world. In addition, now he has thousands of creatures that came straight from hell under his command, and they will do everything they can to prevent the heroine from realizing her plan. The complexity of Wings of Vi is evident from the very first minutes, when gamers encounter traps. So, having fallen on spikes, you can immediately lose your entire health reserve, because after contact the heroine is unable to move. But if such moments can be avoided by simply jumping over dangerous places, then with opponents everything is much more complicated. Each unit has its own unique behavior pattern, which does not always lend itself to logic. For example, there are units that fly into the character at full speed, causing quite a lot of damage. And even despite the fact that they die from the first blow, they continue to do this over and over again. Therefore, all that remains is to seize the moment and try to destroy them before they make their attack. In addition, there are static objects like flame-spewing statues. They cover a certain radius, and if you go beyond it, you can avoid unpleasant consequences. A special place is occupied by bosses for whom entire locations are allocated. Dreadnoughts, angels, worm-like creatures with several rows of teeth and several other unsightly creatures require a special approach, because it is quite difficult to calculate their weak points. And given that, as in other similar projects, they attack in several passes, you will have to wait for the moment to attack, so as not to screw up the attempt due to imminent death.
