Wolfthorn gives the user the opportunity to participate in an intense adventure in a well-developed fantasy world. The action takes place in a developed human kingdom. For hundreds of years, the locals lived in prosperity and wealth. Dozens of generations were born and died under one banner. But times have changed. Grief and devastation came to these lands, and the state began to fade away. These territories were attacked by dark forces that want to destroy civilization and enslave all living things.Wolfthorn offers a choice of two authentic story campaigns:

• Light. The main character is a warrior named Ares. It was his squad that was the first to enter the battle on the border against the countless hordes of the enemy. All his comrades died and only the lucky one was destined to survive. Fate itself sets a task for the daredevil - to destroy the impending threat.
• Darkness. The protagonist is a skilled orc who is at the very bottom of the tribe's hierarchy. He is destined to win the trust and respect of the elders with his cruel actions, to achieve recognition among his fellow tribesmen. But the main thing is to exterminate people root and branch.

Both modes imply constant improvement and development. The player will have to explore the surrounding area, complete comprehensive quest tasks and puzzles. Success will bring the traveler pleasant bonuses, useful items and equipment. Properly armed, he will be able to engage in battle with opponents and constantly improve his combat skills. To survive and reach the goal, it is not enough to smash the enemy. Finding friends in this chaos will help in passing especially difficult missions.
