Yakuza Kenzan! - spin-off of the cult Yakuza series, which invites players to take a fascinating journey into the life of the famous swordsman Miyamoto Musashi. The action takes place in Kyoto during the Edo period, in 1605, five years after the decisive battle of Sekigahara, and players are invited to take the place of Kazumanosuke Kiryu, a yojimbo posing as Musashi himself. The plot is based on the request of a girl named Haruka, who begs Kiryu to destroy the impostor posing as Musashi. Along this path, Kiryu intersects with a number of personalities, combining historical luminaries such as Sasaki Kojiro, Miyamoto Iori and Oda Nobunaga with fictional analogues. Immersion in the era occurs thanks to many side stories and mini-games that create a vivid picture of the samurai culture. Yakuza Kenzan! presents four different fighting styles at the player's disposal: fists, single-bladed, double-bladed and two-handed blades. Each style has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as a repertoire of special maneuvers that can be used when reaching the zenith of intensity.
