Thanks to Asterix: Operation Getafix, the user can learn the story of one village, which is located in an ancient country called Gaul. With the help of a magic potion prepared by the wizard Getafix, you can gain enormous power to resist the Romans. However, the wizard fell ill, and no one else can prepare such a decoction. For this reason, Asterix takes on the important task of finding a cure. At the same time, it is necessary to detect a spy who is disguised as a fortune teller from the future.Asterix: Operation Getafix offers some gameplay features:

• the main character needs to move around locations such as screens. They require collecting the necessary items and ingredients;
• initially, you need to pay attention to solving village problems. This is finding oil or fish for the wizard;

• to find mushrooms and herbs you need to go to the forest;

• the protagonist at the beginning of the game receives starting capital. This is a certain amount of gold coins.

The in-game currency can be spent on various purposes. For example, there is a Roman camp near the start screen. There you can play dice with enemies. As a reward, the protagonist can receive both money and valuable items. But in most cases, you need to fight Roman soldiers. The game has a small number of action scenes. The combat system is simple. So, you need to approach the legionnaire, point to the sky, thereby distracting him, and then - inflict several blows. If the character receives a blow in return, his energy level will decrease. When this level is completely reset, you need to start the game from scratch.
