BLACKTAIL is one of few projects that touches on the theme of Slavic mythology. Here, the creators are literally recreating the story of Baba Yaga, recounting her early years. Users will be able to participate in its formation, living in a dark forest full of evil and dangerous creatures. As a girl she hardly understands how the world works, so she armed herself with the first objects that come to hand, and tries to defend herself, starting a hunt for demons.

Throughout the gameplay of BLACKTAIL the user will be accompanied by a special mystical beginning, expressed through omens, symbols and other details. For example, very often Yaga will be helped by the Black Cat, as well as several friendly spirits. The main characters will either give you directions when you encounter a situation, or give you advice on how you should fight against new ones. For example, one of the entities bursts out of the ground at a specified location, after which, spinning out, bursts into the heroine. And if at this point you don't dodge an attack, you can take significant damage. What's more, many of these creatures appear at random when no one expects them to. In addition, the world here is completely open to exploration, and you can climb into the most remote places and spend hours at a time searching for clues or information. The main goal of this story is to reveal not only the origins of this world, but also to find out how a harmless girl could become a powerful witch.
