Spyro the dragon - a game about a purple dragon and his dragonfly friend Sparks. In their Kingdom of Dragons there is a certain magician Gnasti Gnorke. Rumor has it that he has the ability to turn stones into an army of living soldiers. But the dragon of the World of Masters did not believe in this ability and severely insulted him. Gnasti did not tolerate rudeness and sent an army of Gnorks to conquer the lands of objectionable lizards. Now only Spyro can stop him.

The gameplay is a platforming game where the dragon has to visit every corner of the magical world, jumping on platforms and fighting enemies. Along the way, he will collect treasures and stolen dragon eggs. One of his main tasks is to free all the imprisoned dragons. Bosses will await the protagonist in each of the worlds. We need to defeat them so that he has a chance to get to the lands of the World-Junkyard, where the evil Gnasti lives.

Spyro The Dragon gives the protagonist many abilities:

• Flame Breath is a basic attack that also serves to solve puzzles;
• Running and butting, acting as a battering ram and capable of destroying fragile objects;
• Jump - allows you to climb a hill;
• Planning - short flight;
• Overview - the ability to look back at the terrain;
• Roll - dodge melee and ranged attacks.

Along the way of his adventure, Spyro will meet Fey and the Ballionists, who will help him on his travels. The action will take place to the atmospheric music of Stuart Copeland, drummer of the legendary band The Police.
