The Assembly is a first-person adventure game designed for VR devices, but you can play it using regular hardware: PCs and consoles. The graphics are not great, although they look acceptable. The locations are drawn competently, and the puzzles and deep, thoughtful plot make the project interesting and replayable. The events in the Assembly take place inside a research station, where a group of scientists has gathered to conduct experiments in various fields of science. The player will be able to play the role of 1 of 2 researchers: Madeline Pearson and Caleb Pearson. The plot of the game for the first character can be called educational: a woman, after the collapse of her career, gets a second chance within the walls of the laboratory and must undergo a series of tests and trials. Caleb is investigating a situation related to new experiments that are being carried out within the walls of a scientific complex. Some of them are unethical and immoral, so the protagonist tries to bring his colleagues to justice.Controlling the characters, the gamer will communicate with NPCs, listen to their stories, find objects and in other ways look for clues that can help to understand the current situation. He will also have to solve many puzzles, but they are logical and do not require special erudition. The total duration of the game, when completing most quests, will be 2-3 hours.
