Bendy and the Ink Machine convinces that something sinister and evil can be hidden behind innocent children's drawings. The horror puzzle is distinguished by its cartoonish design and tense atmosphere, a frightening story. Henry Stein is the protagonist, who worked as an animator for a long time in the 30s of the last century at the Joey Drew studio. The company was popular thanks to a series of cartoons with an interesting character named Bendy. Many years pass, and the hero returns to his previous place of work to a friend who owns the studio. Entering the premises, the gamer finds himself in a real nightmare, presented in the guise of cartoon characters.The plot is divided into 5 chapters:

• Moving pictures - a former animator visits a friend in the studio.
• Old song - the protagonist ends up in a basement, which turns out to be the music department. Trying to get out, the player solves puzzles, discovers audio recordings left by former employees. Here you will also have to fight with seekers, while simultaneously being wary of Ink Bendy.
• Ups and downs - the hero gets additional weapons - a syringe and a plunger, a hatchet and a wrench, as well as a machine gun, because in the depths of the building where Henry is heading, it is very dangerous. You can't miss the monsters - you have to either fight or run away.
• Big miracles - the elevator in which Stein is, falls, but the character soon comes to his senses. The animator decides to save Buddy Boris from Twisted Alice.
• The last reel - the hero reaches the final, makes allies and fights enemies, and finds out who the Ink Demon is.

The process of passing Bendy and the Ink Machine starts from the moment when someone starts the old Machine, located in the center of one of the rooms. Soon Henry meets a variety of local inhabitants - these are angels and demons, the wolf Boris, a mad occultist, creatures from ink - seekers and many others. The user is friends with some of them, helps others, and tries to escape from others or fight them using the objects found. In addition to battles, the gamer must explore the building, revealing its secrets and solving puzzles. The goal is to get out of the trap, because the protagonist cannot leave the building. Health can only be replenished with bacon soup.
